$25This stretching course is centered around fluid movements that will release tension in the body and create / increase flexibility. Exercises are done using extension rather than force. By relaxing the ligaments and allowing the joints to move freely without the weight of the muscles, this process allows us to feel and look lighter. This work is fluid and gentle, yet yields immediate results. The goal of this course is also to create a balanced alignment between your body and emotions. By finding space in the body, we can open the mind.
